VIDEO SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
By submitting your video, you certify that you are a legal resident of California, over 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and meet all contest eligibility requirements as described below in the "Official Rules". You certify that you have read the "Official Rules" and accept them upon clicking "Submit". Furthermore, upon clicking "Submit", you grant Jeep Chrysler Dodge of Ontario ("Sponsor") its agencies, partners and affiliates the absolute right to publish, copyright and use your video, in part or in whole, composite or retouched without compensation or notice.

CONTEST:
The contest entry period begins at 5pm Pacific Standard Time on August 30th, 2010 and ends at 11:59 pm Pacific Standard Time on February 28, 2011.
ELIGIBILITY:
All entrants must be legal residents of California, 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license, and must have purchased or leased a new vehicle within two years of August 30th, 2010, from Jeep Chrysler Dodge of Ontario ("Sponsor") at 1202 Auto Center Drive, Ontario, California 91761. Employees of Sponsor or Sponsor's agencies or affiliates (and members of their immediate families) are not eligible.
HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST:
During the contest entry period, visit the contest link at http://www.jcofontario.com to enter your name, email, phone and YouTube link for the video which shows your new vehicle. Entrants will be required to accept these Official Rules at the time he/she submits his/her video. All video submissions become property of Sponsor, with Sponsor having the right to use the video without limitation, including the right to post/publish a submitted video on Sponsor's website or other websites owned, operated by or affiliated with Sponsor without compensation or further notice and the right to modify, edit, adapt and electronically alter a submitted video without compensation or further notice. Videos submitted must be the original video produced by the entrant and the entrant must own all rights, title and interest in all aspects of the video. A video submitted by an entrant must not contain any unauthorized or copyrighted content, and all participants in the making of and appearing on-camera in the video must consent to and abide by all Official Rules and must authorize submission of the video. By submitting a video, an entrant represents and warrants that the video submitted: is his/her original creation in accordance with these Official Rules; has not been copied in whole or in part from any other work; does not violate or infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other proprietary right of any person or entity; and is the entrant's sole and exclusive property. Additionally, by submitting a video, an entrant further represents and warrants that he/she has all necessary rights to grant Sponsor the publication and use rights as provided herein.
PRIZE:
One (1) prize, a $500 Visa gift card (or a gift card of equal value) will be awarded to the entrant with the winning video. The winner will be determined by the highest number of views the video receives after being re-uploaded to the Jeep Chrysler Dodge of Ontario YouTube channel at http://www.youtube.com/ontariojcd. If for any reason an entrant has not abided by the Official Rules, the prize may be rescinded at the discretion of Sponsor. The winner will be contacted by January 15, 2011 via email or telephone. If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond by January 22, 2011, the prize may be awarded to another entrant, or the prize may not be awarded, at the discretion of Sponsor. The winner is responsible for any taxes. For a name of the winner or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self addressed stamped envelope indicating a request for the winners name to: Jesse Springer, Omnific Advertising, Inc. 18627 Brookhurst St. #306 Fountain Valley, CA 92708.
INDEMNIFICATION/RELEASE:
Each entrant to this contest agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and to indemnify, defend and hold Sponsor, its agencies and affiliates and their respective officers, directors, managers, employees, representatives, successors and assignees, harmless against any and all losses, claims, debts, demands, liabilities, attorney's fees and expenses, and all other damages or costs arising from or related to a breach by said entrant of these Official Rules or the violation of any law or the rights of any third party in connection with the entrant's participation in this contest.
Each entrant to this contest agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its agencies and affiliates and their respective officers, directors, managers, employees, representatives, successors and assignees and each of them, from and against any and all claims, whether at law or in equity, that the entrant may have at any time (whether or not the entrant is aware of any such claims) arising from this contest or the exploitation of any or all of the rights granted to Sponsor as provided herein in connection with submitting a video to this contest. Each entrant understands and agrees that all rights the entrant may have under Section 1542 of the California Civil Code are expressly hereby waived. Each entrant acknowledges and understands that said Section reads as follows: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor."
