Jeep® Chrysler Dodge of Ontario Jeep® News Digest

With the year we’re having thanks to the great selection of 2016 Jeep® SUVs and crossovers here at Jeep Chrysler Dodge of Ontario, even we sometimes forget that there’s a lot going on — and coming up — in the world of Jeep, including a great clearance event and news on some upcoming Jeep vehicles. Here’s some of the latest news:

Jeep Summer Clearance Event

2017 Jeep models will begin arriving at Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ontario soon. That’s good news, but what’s even better news for our San Bernardino customers is that we’ll have to make room for all that new inventory. What better time, then, for the Jeep Summer Clearance Event? Time is running out to get the best prices on select 2016 Jeep models — the event ends on August 1 — but if you move quickly, this is an amazing opportunity to take advantage of special lease and bonus cash offers, as well as special financing. Remember that your trade-in will give you even more toward a new 2016 Jeep Wrangler or Jeep Grand Cherokee.

2018 Jeep Wagoneer: A Welcome Comeback

Many companies try to lay claim to the first SUV, or to the first luxury SUV. The Jeep Wagoneer, which debuted in 1963, easily lays claim to both. While it had the off-road chops that have always epitomized what was best about Jeep vehicles, it also piled on luxury features, right down to the wood trim that gave it the nickname “Woody.” While we’re not counting on wood trim in the 2018 Jeep Wagoneer, here’s what we do know: its three-row design will be based on the Jeep Grand Cherokee platform. Like its predecessor — which was a mainstay of the Jeep lineup for three decades — the new Jeep Wagoneer will also have all the luxury and off-road prowess that made the original so popular.

Jeep C-SUV to Replace Jeep Compass, Jeep Patriot

Earlier this year, Jeep confirmed that the Jeep Compass and Jeep Patriot crossovers would be retired. Their replacement has left the drawing board and entered testing in its production prototype form. This all-new crossover has not yet been named, but it’s been suggested that the new vehicle (which will share its platform with the Jeep Renegade) will retain either the Jeep Compass or Jeep Patriot name. Expect its public debut later this year in Brazil, with its first appearance in showrooms by early 2017.

The Jeep lineup always offers plenty to excite San Bernardino drivers. The 2018 model year — when the Jeep Wagoneer, Jeep C-SUV and Jeep Wrangler Pickup join the family — promises even more excitement than usual at your San Bernardino Jeep dealer. Questions?
