With new performance upgrades, an updated interior, and unique styling, the 2019 Dodge Charger lineup is impressive. There are now all-wheel-drive models and a total of six varieties of Chargers to get excited about. Let’s take a first look at the 2019 Dodge Charger, on sale soon here at Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram FIAT of Ontario near Riverside, CA!
At the bottom of the lineup is the new Charger SXT. It features 292 horsepower and a 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine. This model is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and comes with cruise control, remote start, three power outlets plus LED accents.
The newest SXT AWD bumps the horsepower up to 300. All other features remain the same unless you go with a Blacktop package which adds 19-inch wheels.
The Dodge Charger GT is no longer available with AWD but does come with some enhanced performance. The suspension was revised, there is an 8.4-inch Uconnect system and an upgraded steering package.
The Dodge Charger R/T looks like a beast and offers a HEMI V8 engine. That provides 370 horsepower paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. You can take that up a notch with the Dodge Charger R/T Scat Pack and the available 485 horsepower. If that simply doesn’t cut it, then you are ready for the 2019 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat. It has launch control, an after-Run Chiller, 6.2-liter HEMI engine and a mind-blowing 707 horsepower.
