Ram Introduces Second Phase of Commemorative ‘Built to Serve’ Trucks

2020 Ram 1500 Black and Red Truck Pictures

The much-awaited phase two of Ram’s honorary “Built to Serve” program rolls into action at its assembly plant in Michigan. Phase two introduces the nautical-inspired Ram 1500 half-ton pickup truck available in either Ceramic Gray or Patriot Blue as the distinctive exterior paint colors. The exterior paint colors have been especially chosen to symbolically reflect the history and spirit of each of the U.S. military forces they intend to honor.

“Built to Serve Edition” Trucks Honor Armed Forces

Ram explores patriotic pride with the release of special-edition Ram 1500 models dedicated to the air, land, and sea forces that comprise the U.S. forces. Customers can look forward to a commemorative edition model about every three months. In addition to a novel low-volume paint option, these models will highlight distinctive interior and exterior features that set them apart from the rest of the Ram 1500 range like the “Built to Serve” decals and 20-inch aluminum wheels featuring edition-exclusive Technical Gray finish. You won’t want to miss out on the incredible Ram 1500 lease deals at our Ram dealer in Ontario, CA. We have the best inventory of Ram trucks.

Special-edition Ram 1500 Equipped For Off-roading Action

While much can be made of the U.S. army-inspired styling cues behind the “Built to Serve” models, other notable plus points include the 4X4 equipment they have designed. An enhanced off-roading experience is made possible thanks to equipment such as an Electronic-locking rear axle, Hill-descent control, Front suspension skid plate, and Heavy-duty front and rear shock absorbers.
