The 2022 Jeep® Cherokee has the best towing capacity, reaching a maximum of 4500 pounds. In addition, the 2022 Jeep® Cherokee is one of the most attractive and fuel-efficient automobiles now available, thanks to its upgraded exterior design and its turbocharged 2.0-liter inline four-cylinder (I-4) engine.
Every vehicle on the Jeep® Cherokee lineup comes with an automatic transmission system alongside a front-wheel-drive (FWD) which can be left out for a 4×4 drivetrain. The Latitude Lux trim level in the middle tier raises the bar by including heated front seats, a leather-wrapped gear shift knob, a heated steering wheel, and the ability to choose a dual panoramic sunroof. Inside the cabin, the seats are manually adjustable for both the driver and the passenger, and there is a bench seat in the back that folds up into a 60/50. The basic upholstery is made of cloth.

The 2022 Jeep® Cherokee is the latest model in the Stellantis series to have Uconnect 5. A 7-inch touchscreen display is standard on most trims, and the newest Uconnect infotainment system comes with all vehicles in the lineup. Some trims above the mid-level have an 8.4-inch display and Google Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility. The 2022 Cherokee also features integrated voice recognition and Bluetooth voice command.
An improved stability and traction control, multistage front airbag system, better accident reaction, LATCH-ready child seat anchor system, and ParkView rear backup camera make the 2022 Jeep Cherokee one of the best vehicles in terms of safety this year. Many models have standard features like full-speed forward collision warning, blind-spot and cross path detection, and lane departure warning.
