In-Stock New Vehicles Only
Price matching applies exclusively to the purchase or lease of new, in-stock vehicles. Demonstrators, hail-damaged vehicles, and used vehicles are not eligible. The competitor vehicle must still be available for sale at the time of the match request.
Same Year, Make, Model & Trim
The price match applies to vehicles of the same year, make, model, and trim with the same MSRP. We will consider reasonable adjustments for minor differences in standard equipment or packages.
No Bundled Offers
We will not match bundled offers where accepting the competitor’s in-house financing is required to receive a special price. Without complete rate disclosure, the true value of the offer cannot be accurately determined. We keep things simple and upfront.
What Counts as a Written Offer
A qualifying written offer is a one-to-one written communication from another California CDJRF dealership containing all material purchase or lease terms. It must be dated within the last 30 days. Mass emails, auto-generated messages, and general advertising do not qualify.
California Dealerships Only
The competing offer must come from a California-licensed Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, or FIAT dealership. Offers from out-of-state dealers or other brands are not eligible under this guarantee.
Date of Purchase Only
The Price Match Guarantee is valid on the date of purchase only and does not apply retroactively to prior purchases. Terms in effect at the time of your vehicle purchase determine eligibility. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the guarantee at any time without notice.

Yes! The Price Match Guarantee applies to both purchases and leases of new, in-stock vehicles. The competing lease offer must be from a California CDJRF dealership and include all material terms in a one-to-one written communication to you.
Does a screenshot of an email count as a written offer?
A personal email sent directly to you from another California CDJRF dealership — not a mass or auto-generated email — that contains all the material terms of the offer qualifies. Screenshots of personal emails, printed emails, or physical quotes all work, as long as the offer is specifically addressed to you and contains complete pricing details.
What if the competitor vehicle has a different equipment package?
We will consider adjustments for minor variances or differences in equipment. Our team will review the specific differences and work to find an equitable solution. We compare based on the same year, make, model, trim, and MSRP to keep things fair.
Does the Price Match apply to vehicles from out-of-state dealerships?
No, the Price Match Guarantee covers offers from California Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, or FIAT dealerships only. Out-of-state offers introduce variables such as different state taxes, registration fees, and delivery costs that make true comparison difficult.
Can I price match after I’ve already purchased my vehicle?
No, the Price Match Guarantee is valid on the date of purchase only and does not apply to prior purchases. To take advantage of the guarantee, present your written offer before completing your transaction at our dealership.
