2015 Jeep® Grand Cherokee Reaches New Heights

What else is in store for the exhilarating 2015 Jeep® Grand Cherokee? The all-new Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude! The soon-to-be-released Grand Cherokee model will be priced about $2,000 more than the highly sophisticated 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland model.
The High Altitude differs from the Overland mostly in looks and subtle conveniences. It comes with a new dark trivalent chrome finish–giving it a slight copper or gold colored tinge–on the fog lamp bezel, lower fascia, grille rings, tail lamps, and rear fascia. The High Altitude rides high with 20-inch gloss black wheels. And you’ll recognize the exhaust tips from the current Grand Cherokee Summit and sharp black paint from the SRT. Plus, the exterior colors come in five different options.
The design of the driver’s seat area receives the most attention in the High Altitude, with black Nappa leather seats featuring accent stitching, heated front and rear seats, and ventilated front seats. The SUV also includes many safety features to keep you and your passengers safe: blind spot monitoring, adaptive cruise control, advanced brake assistance, rear cross-path detection, a large 8.4 inch touch-screen stereo, and a dual-view panoramic sunroof.
Along with the choice of any engine in the Jeep Grand Cherokee lineup, from gasoline to diesel to V6 or V8, the High Altitude comes with more sporty suspension tuning. The High Altitude also features the signature eight-speed transmission that comes with all Grand Cherokee models. Its efficiency and smoothness allow for an easy transition from highway cruising to off-roading. There’s also an available Selec-Terrain® traction control system which includes five options to handle all types of weather conditions. Traction is also enhanced through the available Quadra-Trac II® or Quadra-Drive® II 4WD systems.
